These activities were carried out to know more about our abilities and characteristics in order to make the best choice of a career for the future. Looking at results of the first questionnaire, which is related to preferences for work, I quite agree with the ratings assigned to me. I liked the fact that it is considered first and foremost a social person, for indeed that is how I intend to work, surrounded by people and having to deal with them every day. In fact, I do not like the idea of a future spent in front of a computer or other machines devoid of feelings. I think I would go crazy. Also identify myself as an innovative and methodical person, as well as always trying to find different and unique ways of doing everything, I think the notion that pre-ordered and things to do before, though not addicted to control or prior planning of everything I have been working. I think that's where the name comes from that many attribute as a perfectionist, because in fact, I never expect me less than the best I can do, and the acquisition of methods is one of my way to reach the best possible. However, I am not overly methodical, I'm not obsessed with routines, nevertheless, I like to be exposed to unforeseen challenge me all the time, not putting in question the commitment I have.In order to detect the areas where our intelligence is more developed, we did the second test, which revealed that I am a logical, interpersonal and athletic person. I agree with the classification of logical person, because if there is any subject that captures my passion and commitment, that is mathematics and solving problems. Moreover, the classification of a person interpersonal confirms the fact of being a social person because I really like dealing with people. By opposition, did not agree with the fact that it is considered an athletic person, because, although I like physical activities, I admit I'm not very good at any of them, reviewing them only for taste and not by great skill.The third test was undoubtedly the one by which most eager, as they would tell us to specific careers based on the assessment of our skills. According to this, my top 5 of careers was chemical engineers, civil engineers, pharmacy technicians, panters, construction and maintenance and finally optometrists. I was a little disappointed with the results, because despite not get away from the area of engineering and pharmacy, hoping for more careers related to the area I intend to follow that is medicine. For this reason that I chose as the optometrist profession that interests me most, because it is more related to the area I intend to follow.This preference for the medical field was confirmed by the outcome of the fourth and final test, which showed me the health science as the career clusters more compatible with my interests. In fact, I do not imagine doing anything other than be at the forefront of helping people and take an active role in treating and monitoring patients.Still do not know which specialty will follow, and it was this sense that I was aroused more attention to these tests. An attempt to become more enlightened as to my ability and charisma, and from drawing conclusions regarding the specialty most suited to me, not just getting clarification.Still, I found these tests very interesting and, in one way or another, helped us to have at least one perspective of the possibilities of careers that we choose for the future.
I agree that the highest levels of the second test are kinaesthetic, logical and intrapersonal, it doesn't show properly the professional side, but her personality. I'm surprised with the results, because we have the same opinion about we want to follow in the future and the area of engineering wasn't made for you. But I think the fourth test show well your interests. From what I read, I reaIized that you want to follow is medicine and I think that's a great choice! You can get great professions in this area. In my opinion the results describe you very well, you’re a very social and caring with others kind of person. In the last test a score of 106.25 in health science area says it all. Medicine is the professional area that better fits for you, go for it! =) Daniela Pequito
